For our client, a leading multinational technology company we are seeking for a:
Junior International Legal Counsel to join its dynamic legal team. This role is key to supporting high-impact projects with a strong technological backbone and global reach. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual compliance and mitigate legal risks across multiple jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts at national and international levels.
- Provide legal support for technology-driven initiatives involving cloud infrastructure, SaaS, and strategic partnerships.
- Advise on agreements with major providers such as Amazon and Google, and collaborations with tech startups.
- Analyze legal frameworks across jurisdictions including Latin America, the United States, and Europe.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align legal strategy with business objectives.
Profile:
- Degree in Law
- At least three years of experience in international contract review, especially in the jurisdictions listed above.
- High proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Solid understanding of legal issues related to emerging technologies.
- Experience with cloud-based agreements and vendor contracts in the tech sector.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
