For our client, a leader multinational group in the retail sector, we are searching for a:
Business Unit Director to lead the Central Region of Spain.
Key responsibilities:
- Full P&L ownership and regional performance management
- Operational leadership across multisite environments
- Commercial development: key accounts, negotiations, upselling & cross selling
- Market analysis and identification of new growth opportunities
- Team leadership and execution of the regional business plan
- Driving innovation, transformation, and new ways of working
Your profile:
- +10 years leading regions, business units or large operations in retail, technology, services, logistics, mobility, telco, utilities
- Bachelor´s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- Experience in strategy/operations consulting is highly valued
- Strong commercial mindset and analytical skills
- Proven ability to lead change and deliver results in dynamic environments
- Fluent in spanish and english
