Our client, an industry leader in the design and execution of cutting-edge innovation projects within the airport sector, is seeking a seasoned and strategic Global Business Development Manager to strengthen its international market position and lead the development of high-value partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and execute global business development strategies within the airport technology and infrastructure innovation domain
- Oversee identification and structuring of national and international strategic alliances with key industry players and stakeholders
- Manage complex public and private tendering processes, ensuring alignment with regulatory and technical standards
- Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers, partners, and institutional clients to maximize strategic and operational outcomes
- Guide consultative sales processes with an emphasis on tailored engineering and technology solutions for airport environments
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to shape value propositions and support project implementation phases
REQUIRED PROFILE
- University degree in Engineering or a related technical field (preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in consultative sales, technical services, and business development within the infrastructure or airport technology sectors
- Proven success managing tenders, negotiating contracts, and developing strategic international alliances
- Global mindset, with strong intercultural communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluent in English and spanish; additional languages will be considered a valuable asset
